The district is searching for candidates who demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and development and possess various professional experiences. The substitute secretary provides clerical office support in a school office or department. Organizational and collaborative skills are critical to success in these positions.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Provide assistance to administrators, faculty, staff, and students.
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
- Perform data entry, word processing, spreadsheet, and database functions as requested.
- Operate a variety of office equipment.
- Organize and distribute messages.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
